Right across from the Anna Livia statue (better known as "the floozy in the Jacuzzi"), Beshoff's dishes out famous fried fish and chips. The well-known black awning leads you into a small downstairs area where you order from a small menu that includes whatever catch was freshest that day fried in thick batter and served with your choice of sauces (garlic, curry) and crispy chips. Head up the dramatic wrought iron staircase and dine near the picture window overlooking historic O'Connell Street.
